Bryan is a Partner at Portage Capital, where he focuses on accelerating growth across Canada in the mortgage business in the areas of conventional term, bridge, high yield, mezzanine, and CMHC insured financing. Bryan brings over 15 years of experience in real estate, private equity, banking, and commercial debt. Prior to joining Portage Capital, he served as the Managing Director at KingSett Capital, where he led the mortgage underwriting and funding team within the greater debt platform. This included construction, term, bridge, mezzanine, and CMHC insured loans. His responsibilities encompassed credit, investor relations, capital raising, capital markets, and fund management. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Certificate in Business Spanish from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Madrid.
